Executive Assistant– Amazon E-Commerce
North Jersey
Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $80K–$100K DOE

A growing Amazon/e-commerce company is seeking an Executive Assistant 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with office operations and administrative projects.
  • Follow up on tasks and help keep projects on schedule.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon E-commerce a must
  • Previous administrative, office assistant, or executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
