Executive Assistant
Queens, NY | $75K–$95K | Full-Time
A growing real estate law firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the firm's Managing Partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up on key action items
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding or directing them appropriately
• Assist with project coordination and special initiatives
• Organize meetings, company events, and executive functions
• Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Professional demeanor with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting executives or business owners is preferred
